Legal Fees for RI/Mass Car Accidents & Personal Injury Cases

One of the most common questions we’re asked is about legal fees for Rhode Island and Massachusetts car accidents and personal injury cases. For a first time client, it can be confusing and overwhelming to understand the legal aspects of their case. At Tapalian Law, there is no fee until your case is won. The standard fee is typically no more than one third of the settlement or judgment we recover on your behalf. Unlike other law firms, Tapalian Law will never charge more than one third should we need to take your case to court. Other firms will charge a greater percentage should they have to take your case to court; Tapalian Law will not increase fees because we take your case to court.
